ELA is a zero budget project run by a group of students at Uva Wellassa University to disseminate English knowledge through Facebook and Twitter, free of charge. Using Twitter, we started the first ever SMS based Free English Tips service in Sri Lanka. Other than sharing English knowledge online, we also organize ELA Sessions to guide students to learn and practice spoken English. So far, we have successfully concluded nearly 20 ELA Sessions.
